After understanding what you are looking for a defining any upgrades and materials to your build you will receive a formal quote.

Contract Signing

Once you agree with the quote, we'll prepare and send you a purchase agreement along with a detailed payment schedule. This agreement will outline all the terms and conditions of the build, ensuring everything is clear and transparent.

Building

We begin building your tiny home, giving you weekly updates on the progress. We’re with you every step of the way to ensure you’re happy with every detail.

Delivery and Setup

Your custom tiny home is delivered and set up at your desired location, ready for you to move in.

 FAQs

  • Our tiny houses come with standard caravan connection with a garden hose. If you require anything different please just let us know.

    All our tiny houses comes with a 15amp or 32amp power connection this will vary from the amount of appliances you use in your house to where you want to hire a eletrician to connect your house to grid or not. 15amp connections dont require eletricians just a power lead cable. 32amp connections require eletrician and appropriate passage for your power lead cable.

  • We work with 3 main options for you. You can either have a traditional flush toilet for those who will potentially plumbed into an existing septic system. Although you potentially need council approval to connect into the mains.

    The other option is to have your tiny house completely independent is a compostable toilet. The products we supply don’t smell and require medium maintenance. The size of your unit will vary from how many people use the toilet frequently and how often you a willing to maintain.

    Alternatively we have a incinerating toilet which costs a bit more but excludes the maintenance to a minimum! Its a fantastic option, the toilet will turn all the compose material into ashes! It can be supplied with gas or electricity feed.

  • The build will take approximately 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the building. We often booked a few months ahead so have a chat with us for next available building slot.

  • To go off-grid there is 4 main areas that need to be addressed.

    Power: Solar system (we work this with an external company for installation)

    Water: Water catchment/ guttering (Gutters needs to be fitted once is on site as it puts the tiny house over the road legal width restrictions)

    Toilet: Choice of compostable toilet or incinerating toilet

    Drainage: You will need to accomodate an appropriate system for disposal your grey water

  • We provide delivery anywhere in Australia

  • Yes, walls and roof insulation is installed to minimise energy needed for heating and cooling. If you require insulation under the floor this can be included as well.

  • Our tiny homes is equipped with water inlet just like a traditional caravan with a garden hose connection.

  • All our tiny homes can be plugged into with a 15 amp or 32amp power lead. You can do that from a mains supply off a house or shed. Or if you need off grid, we offer a solar packages that supplies 240v power.

  • When your Tiny is ready for delivery we will give you plenty of notice so you can (a) make sure the area your Tiny will be going is level, (b) make sure the area is accessible, i.e. no over hanging branches, driveway wide enough etc.

  • No, we can take your build to any stage you wish. Great option if you are on a budget or would like to create your own unique space. We will still provide you with design plan to assist on your journey.
